Topic : Smart Water Governance in Taipei-Sustainable Strategies and Action Programs
Abstract : Taipei City Government in the last 40 years spared no effort to increase its flood prevention capacity. The hydraulic engineering infrastructures and public-private participation projects are aiming to reach the goal of 5-yr design standard of 78.8 mm/hr. in Taipei. Facing the changing climate and extreme events, Taipei will continue to apply smart technologies, especially in the maintenance, monitoring, controlling, also forecasting stage of the flood prevention management. Better information leads to better decisions, by forging closer ties with industries, Taipei will strive toward developing an increasingly ecological, sustainable, and livable city.

Abstract : This slide will share the services and applications of smart agriculture. The agricultural crops and agricultural products are mainly affected by natural disasters and imbalanced with market transactions, this presentation will explain how to integrate MIS data and GIS data to provide user warning systems. The disaster crops and agricultural products can be prevented early.
