Ambition
Smart City is a new global concept in urban planning, development and management. New technologies such as Information Technologies, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, building information models, etc, have been applied widely to our daily lives and cities infrastructures. The sensory systems interact with each other, which escalate our work efficiency and the standard of living. Smart City establishment is even considered as the competitiveness Index by worldwide government. The implementation of technologies is crucial to urban development, environmental monitoring, disaster prevention, smart agriculture and transportation. This forum integrates the efforts of the College of Construction and Development with experts from several countries. Scholars and experts will be invited to share their innovations with practical cases. Through this event, it is wished to promote the smart city development and strengthen the cooperation in urban planning industries.
